Are you an approachable, friendly and motivated person, looking for a new Customer-focused job?

We have a lovely new job for a Receptionist, working for a well established, Banbury-based manufacturer. They are looking for an upbeat person, with a can-do attitude, and organised approach to their work, who really enjoys speaking with people.

The Role

The Receptionist will be responsible for the company reception area, meeting and greeting all visitors and handling the company switchboard

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in
  • Field all inbound calls, answering queries, taking messages and forwarding calls to relevant staff members
  • Responsibility for Meeting Room diary
  • Inbound / Outbound post
  • Uphold a tidy reception area

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Customer Service / Reception / office experience
  • Welcoming and professional telephone manner
  • Good all round communications skills - verbal, face to face and written
  • Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • IT proficient - Microsoft Office & keyboard skills

Other information

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm
  • 20 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
