Receptionist and Business Support Administrator

A top accounting practice is looking for a Receptionist and Business Support Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis in their Leatherhead office.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensuring the reception area is running effectively, including meeting and greeting clients/visitors
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service both over the phone and in person
  • Document management including standardisation, formatting, filing, archiving
  • Supporting the business with client work
  • Diary Management and booking meeting rooms
  • Event Management
  • Post Management duties
  • Meting and greeting clients, providing refreshments for client and internal meetings
  • Audio and copy typing
