Receptionist / Administrator Job in Wimborne

Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful Chartered Financial Planners.

Working in a lovely team who are very client focused, the Receptionist / Administrator role will involve being first point of contact on the Receptionist desk as well as providing administration support to the advisors. The offices are modern and light. You will play a pivotal part in the client journey

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Managing the reception desk and assisting clients face to face and via the telephone
  • Providing a high standard of service to clients and booking appointments
  • Supporting the Financial Planners with administration duties and preparing for client meetings
  • Managing multiple diaries and liaising with the team

Knowledge & experience;

  • Experience working in a professional working environment
  • A high standard of communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service
  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary & benefits;

  • £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday hours 9 am to 5.00 pm
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
