Hours 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour for lunch.

Pyramid8 are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator to work for our client in Nottingham on a temporary basis. The client is part of the care sector and looking for someone to join a small team of 5 to deal with customers face to face and over the phone.

Although the right candidate doesn’t need to come from a care background, you will need to be able to deal with customers from a variety of backgrounds which will need a high level of patience and clear level of communication.

Receptionist / Administrator role and responsibilities:

• Dealing with queries over the phone
• Dealing with references
• Meeting clients face to face at reception
• General admin duties
• Processing DBS checks

Experience required:

• Excellent communicator
• A clear telephone manor
• Good administrative skills
• Good listener

This role could lead to permanent for the right candidate and interviews are taking place today and tomorrow, so to apply you must to be immediately available.
