JOB ROLE: Receptionist and Administrator
COMPANY: Finance company - large, high profile.
HOURS: 09.00 - 17.30pm
SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
*Providing a 5star customer service at all times
*Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors in a professional manner
*Answering the telephones, responding to emails
*Manage meeting room diary.
*Providing beverages and ordering catering for on site meetings.
*Deal with collections and deliveries, distribute as required.
*Arrange couriers and taxis.
*Arranging travel for staff.
*Assist with daily queries, both internal and external.
*General Ad-hoc duties
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
*Excellent academic history - Graduate or equivalent
*Strong administration skills
*Excellent IT Skills - Advanced excel is required
*Good typing skills
*Looking for a candidate that obtains a methodical way of work
