The successful candidate will be available immediately, have good Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel and live local to Wimbledon. The position is ideal for someone who is looking to go travelling soon or looking to expand their office experience!
* Meeting and greeting
* Data Entry
* Diary management
* Liaising with members of staff and handling visitors/ guests
* Managing electronic and printed files
* Filing and assisting to the smooth running of the office
* Answering phone calls and forwarding on accordingly
- Good Microsoft Office skills; Word and Excel
- Previous experience within administration/ reception (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
