You must have fantastic interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic and 'can do' attitude with excellent spoken English, together with a strong grasp of IT, as the role is predominantly computer based. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to take their first steps into formal professional administration and as a result, no prior experience is required and full training will be provided.

Duties will include - Reception and client greeting duties, answering the telephone, maintenance of client correspondence files, scanning and indexing documents, updating internal database and general housekeeping duties.

In return our Client will offer 20 days annual leave + bank holidays. Additional 3 duvet days a year. Company pension.
4pm office finish on Fridays and regular team events.
