Receptionist / Administrator

A role has arisen within a corporate business for a Reception role based in Manchester City Centre. This is on an ongoing temporary contract.

The overall position is based front of house, however the main part of the role is organising meeting rooms/clients and all associated technology.

On a day to day basis the role will consist of :-

Answering Switchboard calls -This isn't a busy switchboard
Welcoming visitors and issuing passes
Booking travel, all UK based, including flights and hotels via an in-house system
Organising meeting room bookings via outlook
Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for video conferences or projectors
Making all meeting rooms presentable for visitors
Ordering catering in for all clients
