Receptionist /Administrator

This is a 2 week temporary role working for a great accountancy firm . You will be be the first point of contact for visitors to the site, and over the telephone, whilst also providing general administration support where needed. You will need to demonstrate sound administrative skills.

The person:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to display tact, patience and understanding when dealing with others
  • Excellent telephone manner, competent in handling phone calls and passing messages in a timely fashion
  • Professional presented
