This is an excellent opportunity to work for this corporate company as a front line Receptionist/Administrator.
Some of the duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors in person
Receiving and responding to telephone enquiries
Operating and maintaining the security function of the reception area, working within the Health and Safety requirements
Maintaining visitor log book
Ordering and maintaining records for employee and visitor badges
Receiving incoming and outgoing deliveries, advising relevant departments
Creating/Printing Business Cards
Assisting PA's with admin duties and providing cover for administrative colleagues
Candidates should have good written and oral communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience required running a busy office with the ability to prioritise work, manage time effectively and cope with changing priorities and multiple demands. Must be able to work as part of a team and have MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Lotus Notes and Outlook.
