Receptionist / Administrator

West Byfleet - £15,500 - £17,000


  • First point of contact for clients for telephone reception
  • Post
  • Data entry on Excel & Adviser Office software database
  • Pack preparation, to include photocopying, scanning
  • General administrative duties as determined by the needs of the business

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidates must have first class verbal & written communication skills & impeccable telephone manner.
  • As this position involves a lot of data entry, candidates must have great attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Candidates will require good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and keyboard skills for data entry.
  • GCSE or equivalent minimum grade B in English & Mathematics.
  • Previous telephone reception experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Any knowledge of Adviser Office software database system would be a particular bonus.
