Receptionist / Administrator
West Byfleet - £15,500 - £17,000
- First point of contact for clients for telephone reception
- Data entry on Excel & Adviser Office software database
- Pack preparation, to include photocopying, scanning
- General administrative duties as determined by the needs of the business
- Candidates must have first class verbal & written communication skills & impeccable telephone manner.
- As this position involves a lot of data entry, candidates must have great attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Candidates will require good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and keyboard skills for data entry.
- GCSE or equivalent minimum grade B in English & Mathematics.
- Previous telephone reception experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Any knowledge of Adviser Office software database system would be a particular bonus.
