The general assistant role I recruit for, includes:
• Reception cover – answering calls, visitor sign in and out, health and safety management, answering emails
• General administration support to departments
• Filing, scanning, photocopying
• Customer service – advising customers of possible delays with orders, customer complaints/resolution, problem solving
