Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Busy family run leasing agency looking to recruit a permanent, full time (part time considered) receptionist/administration assistant. Tasks to include, but not limited to, meeting/greeting clients and contractors, key handling and management, answer and transfer calls, open and distribute mail, send and respond to emails, arrange viewing appointments, inspections and routine work, instruct and track routine maintenance such as landlord gas safety certificates, general administrative duties. The successful candidate should have the ability to work within a high pressure fast moving office and be able to work on their own initiative. The candidate must have relevant Microsoft experience in Word, Outlook and Excel to be considered for the job.

The ideal candidate will have -
