Dawsonrentals | sweepers is a leading specialist asset rental business servicing local authorities and private sector customers throughout the UK. We are looking for a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant for our Brighouse location.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative assistance and support to the Business.
- Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the relevant person
- Meet and greet all visitors in a positive and helpful manner.
- Provide assistance to the Service and Finance functions of the business.
- Liaise with service engineers to ensure they understand the requirements.
- Managing the processes of all invoices, timesheets, customer orders and file the documents where necessary.
- Assist the Purchase Ledger Clerk with data entry
- All administration duties including any ad hoc duties required
To be successful for this position you will be:
- Experienced in general office administration duties
- Able to work to your own initiative
- Experienced with Microsoft office programs
- Confident with customer service and reception duties.
- Able to work with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Smart in appearance – representing Dawson group
