This is a temporary role but could be on-going for the right candidate.
Rrceptionist required to cover at 2 sites in Farnworth and Castle Hill area, Bolton.
Initially short term, however possibilty to extend to cover secondment
General Administrator required for a busy office.
- Duties will include:
- Providing Support to the users of Business Serices
- Record Information n relevant systems
- To assist in designing, creating and producing a range of documents from various sources to specified deadlines
- to Photcopy, re-produce and proccess documents
- Taking notes/minutes at meetings
- assisting with management diaries
- distribution of mail
- transcribe documents
An NVQ Level 2 in Administration or Customer Service or similar qualification is essential
Experience in various computer packages is essential
An understanding of the services provided by the Children’s and Adult Services
A full CV with all gaps covered going back to education is essential
