Receptionist Admin Assistant



We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist Admin Assistant to join a well-established law firm in Stockport.

Duties include;

  • Being first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining office supplies and cleanliness
  • Taking customer card payments
  • Scanning and filing
  • Providing cover for Senior Office Administrator
  • General admin duties

Person Specification;

  • Must have experience in Receptionist or Front of House roles
  • Organisational skills
  • Well-mannered and confident
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • IT literate with competent use of Microsoft Office
