Our client, a traditional, respected accountancy firm based in the heart of the City, needs an experienced, sophisticated and charismatic Receptionist to manage the daily Front of House duties.
As Receptionist your main duties will be:
*Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, meeting and greeting all visitors at Reception and ensuring their needs are met
*Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls, using both computerised and manual switchboards
*Booking and setting up meeting rooms ready for meetings
*Organising taxis and couriers on behalf of your colleagues
What we're looking for:
*Candidates with strong Front of House and Reception experience - experience within either Corporate organisations or the Creative sector would be ideal
*Superb communication skills
*Professional individuals with excellent presentation
