As an experienced Office Manager / Receptionist with a background ideally of working within an Accountancy Practice the suitable appointee should possess the following:-

  • Ensure Office is running smoothly
  • Excellent telephone manner - Dealing with Incoming and Outing Calls
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Meet and Greet Clients
  • Invoicing
  • Chasing payments
  • Entering receipts into system
  • IT Literate - Word, Excel
  • Capable of Social Media postings i.e.; Linkedin, Facebook etc.
  • Smart appearance essential
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Punctual
