My client is looking for a temporary receptionist for their Birmingham office to work in the Post and Reception team. This is a temp position for the below dates:
9th - 15th March, 23rd + 26th March
- Meet and greet customers both internal and external, providing an excellent customer service to all.
- Corporate hospitality: book meeting rooms and organise refreshments and lunch.
- Facilities: paying invoices, ordering stationery, dealing with car parking requests
- Dealing with the post room
Previous experience is a similar role is essential.
