Job Title: Receptionist (ongoing temp contract)
Salary: £9.03 per hour
15 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 10.00am - 3.00pm
Must be available to start Monday 23nd Oct
Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team in Brighton.
- Answering calls- responding and forwarding on messages via email or phone
- Out of office (emailing all staff, to let them know who is in/out)
- Opening/date stamping post (daily)
- Receiving visitors/client and making drinks for them
- Ordering office stationery
- Adhoc administration tasks/scanning when required, for all departments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate confident and professional manner.
- Proven administration experience in an office environment
- Excellent organisational skills.
- IT Skills - Intermediate level of Microsoft packages
- Ability to multi task and work in fast pace office environment.
- Effective and flexible team member.
