Job Title: Receptionist (ongoing temp contract)

Location: Brighton

Salary: £9.03 per hour

15 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 10.00am - 3.00pm

Must be available to start Monday 23nd Oct

Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team in Brighton.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls- responding and forwarding on messages via email or phone
  • Out of office (emailing all staff, to let them know who is in/out)
  • Opening/date stamping post (daily)
  • Receiving visitors/client and making drinks for them
  • Ordering office stationery
  • Adhoc administration tasks/scanning when required, for all departments

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate confident and professional manner.
  • Proven administration experience in an office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • IT Skills - Intermediate level of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to multi task and work in fast pace office environment.
  • Effective and flexible team member.
