Reporting into the Executive Office Manager your responsibilities are as follows: You’ll manage the day to day running of the Reception desk, greeting visitors and offering a fantastic welcome. You’ll answer, screen and forward calls and emails, receive and sort all mail, work alongside the wider administrative team to support office duties including global travel itineraries and expenses as required; also assisting with diary management for the senior team as required.
