Do you have previous reception experience and enjoy providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients? I am working with an innovative and well established business based in central Chelmsford with a ten minute walk into the town centre and a short walk from the main station this is a great location within the city.
You will need to have previous reception experience, ideally within a corporate environment and have excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone.
Duties will include preparing meeting rooms, assisting visitors and customers to the building. Answering incoming calls and directing through to the relevant contact.
This is a short-term temporary role to cover an internal holiday beginning on the 15th August until the 24th of August.
