You will be a Reception Teacher who can inspire greater effort and improved results and instil an attitude which is positive to learning. You will be able to deliver exciting and engaging lessons and quickly adapt to the school's culture and ethos. The successful Reception Teacher will have a style of teaching that excites and enthuses all their pupils to achieve to the highest level.

As a Reception Teacher you will be teaching a polite class of 28 Reception pupils and you will be teaching in line with the phase's inclusive ethos. With expert advice and clear leadership provided to you by the inspiring SLT you will be able to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional lessons from the first day.

Though exam results play a role in school assessment, they are particular proud of their creative and innovating teaching style - an ethos you will be encouraged to follow. You will be leading a class with the help of TA who is able to lead small groups and work 1:1 with any pupils who need support with the lesson.
