4Leisure are currently recruiting for a reception supervisor on behalf of a leading hotel brand in the Grasmere area. This is a full time permanent position with varied shift patterns including evenings and weekends.
The role would be suited to somebody with exceptional customer service skills, who is passionate in providing the best customer experience to guests.
This is a live in role with accommodation at the hotel.
Your duties will include:-
- Managing guest feedback, complaints and queries
- Understanding and promoting all products and services across departments
- Answering calls, emails and face to face correspondence with guests
- Leading in the absence of the reception manager
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Have an excellent understanding of the hotel
Previous reception/customer service experience is desirable.
Salary ranges between 18,500-20,500
