Reception Manager, Hampshire Red Star Hotel, £20,000-£25,000pa

At Select Hospitality Chelmsford we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Reception Manager.

The Role
To ensure all operations within the department are planned, monitored and completed. The Reception Manager is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the company's key standards. They are also responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the department and training of the team. Furthermore to plan the week and months ahead and to think of the development of the team, holiday planning, recruitment. Duty Manager Shifts may need to be completed as well.

Experience and Skills required
A strong background in 4*/5* hotels in a Managerial or Assistant Managerial role for preferably two to three years and excellent customer service skills together with fluent spoken and written English

* Excellent attention to detail

Salary and Benefits
* My client is offering the successful Reception Manager a salary of between £20,000 - £25,000
