Reception Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager for a local professional organisation based in Salisbury, Wilts. You will be responsible and managing the reception staff on a daily basis, to include organising holiday cover, sickness, rotas, and staff reviews. The main duty is to ensure the smooth running of the front of house and reception areas.

Front of House duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, and making sure that the reception areas are in pristine condition all times
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared
  • Managing the ordering of the stationary and supplies for the business
  • Booking meeting rooms, and organised parking for clients that are visiting
  • Answering the switchboard incoming calls

The successful candidate will have experience in managing staff in previous roles, and also have worked within some form of reception and / or front of house roles. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and approachable, a team player, and highly organised.
