Reception LSA - L20

We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant in L22 to work closely with a child in Reception who has ASD with no behaviouors. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values empathy, creativity, and resilience.

The working hours are 09.00-1500, The role is for the full academic year.

• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans

• Sensory Breaks.

• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications, NVQ Level 2 desirable but not essential

• Previous experience workiing with children within school or nursery setting.
