Full Time position

Reception-HR admin and some basic accounts/invoicing

Lovely company in the design sector, fabulous building, light airy space

NO PARKING so public transport to Old street

  • Meet and greet
  • Data entry
  • Admin support
  • Organise coffees etc for visitors
  • Manage meet rooms/diary
  • Post, collection and take tom post box
  • Collect lunches for directors
  • Message taking
  • Arrange couriers
  • Up date HR records when HR manager is away
  • Contracts and letters
  • Use of specialist software for timesheet accounting
  • Assist with co exhibitions/attendance
  • Help with mailings

So, cheerful, helpful person needed who has good maths and spoken/written communication skills


23 days holiday increasing to 30 after 6 years

Keep back 3 days for Xmas

Low staff turnover, decent Directors

Suit someone with a few years' relevant exp. OR a muturer don't be put off if you are over 50!!
