Role: Reception/Facilities Admin

Location: Leeds

Hours: 8.30-5.00

Salary: £8.50

Contract: 6 months

Start date: 26th March

My client an FTSE 100 company are currently looking for Recruit a Reception and Facilities Administrator for a period of 6 months, with possibility of extension.

Although facilities experience isn't necessary, the successful candidate must have a proven track record within an Office environment and Customer or client facing experience. Whoever takes this role but be willing to learn and always willing to go the extra mile, and provide an excellent first impression for all visitors.


  • Reception duties
  • Up to 25 calls per hours
  • Meeting and greeting visitors from deliveries up to director level
  • General administration to support the team
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Booking taxis and travel
  • Facilities Admin
  • Ensuring all equipment is functioning and logging any faults
  • Car park inspections
  • Logging all faults
  • General administration


  • Administrative experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well presented
