About the Reception Teaching Assistant Role
In this Reception Teaching Assistant post you will be working across the whole of the year group to support class teaches and the Phase Leader. Day-to-day, you will be supporting EAL pupils, working with them in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. Your responsibilities will include taking charge of phonics and literacy intervention and helping to support the progression of pupils with differing needs.
