Hamlin Knight are recruiting for an exciting A new opportunity for a Reception and Fleet Administrator for a well established construction company based in Nuneaton.
The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent reception service as you will be working on the sites main reception.
*Meet and greet
*Answer all incoming calls and directing them to the correct destination
*Sorting the post
Alongside this, you will also be responsible for coordinating the company's fleet of cars through the fleet management company, which will include:
*Arranging lease cars
*Liaising with insurers
*General car queries
