Are you looking for a Reception and Facilities position within a fantastic organisation based in Guildford? Our client are looking for a friendly, approachable and well-spoken candidate who is looking to work within a great position and company. The Reception and Facilities position will involve extremely varied duties and offer exciting challenges.

The position involves:
Answering and dealing with enquiries by phone, email or face to face
Providing a friendly and efficient service to clients
Collection and delivery of post that comes into the office
Arranging and recording courier deliveries
Dealing with facilities for the building
Processing the daily banking and cash for the office
Taking ownership of the maintenance of equipment
Updating facilities documents
Reporting to the Facilities Manager
Collating and presenting documents when required
Welcoming clients and visitors promptly
Making sure meeting rooms are fully stocked and set up when required
Organising refreshments when needed

Maintain good communication skills
Be computer literate
Be a great team player
Have the ability to think of other resolutions when required
Maintain a positive attitude
Be educated to degree level ideally

This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a varied yet challenging position! Hours for this position are 8.30am-5.30pm or 9.00am-6.00pm, Monday - Friday. Please apply for further information and the chance to be considered.
