Mondays to Fridays 8.30am - 5.30pm, this role is initially on a temp basis moving forward to a permanent position.
Day to day responsibilities include;
Taking calls, making appointments
Completing administrative tasks relating to bookings and following through to delivery of services; personal and sensitive issues to be addressed
Liaising with partners; ensuring agreed schedules are adhered to
Meeting customers; being both professional and empathetic
Preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are welcoming and accommodating
This is a super role for an individual who has excellent admin and customer service skills; is aware of the affects of bereavement and is able to liaise ands support people affected by this.
