Reception and Administration Assistant

Salary: Scale R2, Range 7 -11 £15,555 - £16,892 per annum (FTE £17,937 - £19,479 per annum)
Hours: 35.5 hours per week, Term time only plus 3 weeks (8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with 1/2 hour unpaid break & 8.30am - 2.00pm Friday)
Grafham Grange School is an academy for boys' catering for both day and residential pupils. The school is located in the Surrey Countryside, 20 minutes from Guildford. We provide an all-round education for up to 52 boys aged 11-18.
With our committed support and guidance, our pupils manage to overcome significant barriers to learning, acquiring the skills and competencies to re-join mainstream or post-16 education with a broad spectrum of qualifications and there-by building themselves better futures.
A highly motivated self-starter is required to provide first class reception and administrative support to the school under the direction of the School Business Manager.
This position would suit someone with the relevant skills and qualities as detailed in the job specification. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of working in a reception and/or administrative role.
The school is extremely well supported in its continual drive for excellence through its Governing Body, Executive Office and Board of Trustees and the school is committed to CPD across its staff teams.
