Established facilities management firm in the London Bridge area. Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
Varied position providing Reception/Admin support within a small office, duties include;
- Ensuring stationery and office equipment is well stocked and working correctly
- Setting up and management of meeting rooms, preparing refreshments/lunches
- Answering calls, dealing with enquiries and queries
- Responding to email requests
- Data entry, general admin duties
- Liaising with internal colleagues/contractors regarding any facilities requests
- Covering reception over lunch/sickness
