Your new role
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors, updating spreadsheets and sending to relevant departments, processing expenses, reporting any absences, booking out meeting rooms. General admin such as producing letters and email, filing and scanning. You will also be responsible for assisting the managing director with admin support as well as booking any travel or accommodation requirements as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be available to start this new role in 1 weeks notice, have a knowledge of working within a construction company, be a well organised, self motivated individual and have a good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £16500-£17000 plus an excellent benefits package
