Reception\Administrator - part-time

Pace lettings and estate agency are looking for a receptionist and general administrator to join our busy team. You will be sitting on the front desk to greet people and answer the phone as much as possible. You will also assist the property managers with their roles - for instance, booking appointments, dealing with maintenance queries, liaising with landlords and tenants, organising keys and much more. This could be an entry level position or a more experienced person who could hit the ground running and take more on at the beginning would also be considered.

We need you when the office is busiest so from 12 to 6pm Monday to Friday although we could be slightly flexible on that for the right candidate.

We are a paperless office with far too many computer systems so you need to be very comfortable with computers. You will need to be efficient, organised, self-motivating and good at working in a team and customer relations.0

The salary is around £8/h depending on experience.
