Reception - Administrator - Part Time

Based in SALE M33 - Part Time Receptionist/ Administrator - 22.5 Hours - £11000 + generous benefits

You must have Reception & Admin experience -

ideally working -

Wednesday 12.00 - 5pm

Thursday 7.15 - 5pm

Friday 7.15 - 5pm

Greeting visitors to the site in a professional and courteous manner. Issuingtemporary access passes etc.

Receiving incoming calls where necessary, managing queries in a swift, professional manner.

To sort incoming mail received by the business into departmental / functional areas and to oversee the arrangements for outgoing post, ready for collections. Maintaining records of postage as required.

Manage the use and maintenance of the on-site franking machines.

Receiving helpdesk calls for the Facilities Team and resolving issues where possible and escalating complex queries to the Facilities Manager.

Raising purchase orders for products and services used by the Facilities Team.

You will need previous reception admin experience, a corporate image & a reliable approach to work.
