My industry leading manufacturing client based in Birchwood, Warrington require and experienced reception / administration candidate on a temporary to permanent basis due the company expanding.

The hours of work are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and free parking is available as well as being in a location with great public transport links. The hourly rate of pay is £9.13 per hour / £19,000 per annum.

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the existing team managers and director and also to provide a professional first point of contact service for all incoming calls, emails and visitors to site.

Job Description

General office administration
Answering inbound calls and diverting to the relevant person/department and/or taking messages
Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
Producing reports
Producing documents on Microsoft Word
Updating in-house system accurately
Scanning documents and electronically filing
Matching delivery notes to invoices
Booking meeting rooms and arranging lunches and refreshments
Ordering office supplies
Organising travel and accommodation both national and international

Person Specification

Fully competent on Word and Excel
Recent office Administration experience
Reception experience
Professional telephone manner
