Reception / Administrator required in Oldham to join a an expanding engineering firm

Your new role
As Reception / Administrator you will be based in a busy office being the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries. You will be expected to take messages, put calls through to other departments, field unwanted calls and deal with general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You will also be the first point of contact for any visitors on-site, ensuring that all visitors sign in/out and providing refreshments to these guests. This company has a variety of administrative teams such as customer service, sales, service, finance and HR and you will be expected to assist in such departments with any administrative task required. Standard working hours are 8.30 - 5.00 pm however they may consider a 9.00 - 3.00pm shift.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment dealing with visitors face to face and customers over the telephone is essential. You must have a confident and professional telephone manner, be assertive and have a positive and eager approach to work as this company encourages a positive and motivated culture.
