As receptionist/administrator you will act as the central focal point for visitors to the company offices and direct them appropriately on arrival. You will also respond to incoming calls, emails and faxes as well as booking conference rooms, hospitality, lunches and beverages.
Administratively, you will be involved in raising invoices and goods in paperwork, and generally monitor cleanliness and tidiness of shared areas leading off reception.
Hours are 0845 to 1700, 38 per week. In addition to a competitive salary you will receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. childcare vouchers, and contributory pension scheme. A cycle to work scheme is also available.
