As a Real-Time Systems Engineer you will tackle interesting challenges. Your role will involve sifting through billions of records, processing those records through decision algorithms provided by our data science team and organizing that information in such a way that various other systems can make immediate use of that data.
You will help us build the best products and participate in the design and development of additional platform components with the team. As a Real-Time Systems Engineer you will maintain existing software and work collaboratively with other development teams to solve our engineering and product challenges

- Golang, Java (core languages)
- Message queuing (NSQ, Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ)
- Redis, Memcached, Aerospike (in-memory key-value data storage)
- Cassandra, Couchbase, MongoDB, Hive, Redshift (NoSQL, log-querying)
- Ad-tech (user tracking, real-time bidding, ad-exchanges)
- Python (tools languages)
- Experience with Linux
- Experience building microservices
- Experience working with teams in open collaboration
- Able to plan individual work aligned within a team
