Real Estate Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, London, £90,000 - £95,000 (DOE) - Expanding team within award National Law firm seeking ambitious Real Estate Solicitor. JOB REF:7363.
• The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have at least 6 Years PQE gained within another national or leading regional law firm.
• You will be handling a variety of Real Estate matters for clients in the private and public sectors.
• Advise a broad range of clients on acquisitions and disposals of investment property, negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant documents, acquisition of sites for development and investment, negotiating development agreements, dealing with disposals of development sites to investors.
• You will thrive within a team environment and be client focussed with the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to business development initiatives.
• Experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.
