The firm are a leading Legal 500 law firm and currently looking for a Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate department. The firm have several offices across the UK and are recognised as one the country’s leading legal service providers.
The firm are going through a period of growth and they’re looking for a junior Lawyer to work across their mixed client base or both private and public-sector clients.
There is a vacancy for a junior Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly successful department in the firm’s central Wimbledon office. You will get the chance to deal with a broad caseload of Commercial Property matters that will include commercial leases, development agreements and sale and purchases transactions.
You will be joining a very experienced department with recognised experts, so supervision and mentoring is available where it is needed. You will also be offered the opportunity to take part in developing new businesses from networking events and conferences.
What do I need to apply?
You will be a qualified Commercial Property Lawyer with at least 1 years’ PQE gained within the industry
Experience of dealing with Commercial Property for the healthcare sector may proave to be an advantage
Excellent negotiation and business development acumen
