They now seek a technically able and commercially astute solicitor to join their dynamic and progressive team. You will need to possess excellent leadership and team working skills and show an ability to create work not just for yourself but for your team as well.
It is important that you have previous experience working in a demanding sector with previous Real Estate experience.
Responsibilities will involve handling matters of investment, landlord & tenant and property finance. You will have gained experience at a practice with a relevant property track record and will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will also need the ability and desire to assist with business development and client management.
