A leading full service law firm is looking to strengthen its long standing and established Real Estate Department with the recruit of a Legal Secretary to work alongside the Partner in their Richmond Office. What’s needed for me to be considered?
Experience of secretarial work for a Real Estate Partner
Providing a high level of comprehensive support to the Partner
Dealing with and screening calls, delivering a positive client experience.
Acting as liaison for clients and colleagues who interact with the Partner.
Building and maintaining knowledge of clients and their matters.
Providing full secretarial and administrative support including managing files and correspondence.
Highly proactive and responsive diary management.
Organising lunches, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing materials.
Copy typing, drafting letters and responses (without supervision!)
