A leading regional law firm are seeking a commercial property paralegal for their leading Legal 500 team in Truro.

You will assist the team advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters, document review, transaction completions, managing online data rooms and transactional support. The team advise on conveyancing, residential property investment and development, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters as well as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property portfolios.

Candidates must have experience in real estate with a well regarded firm.

On offer is a competitive salary (listed as a guide only) and will depend on experience. You'll have structured and comprehensive training in this specialist area with plenty of support in order to progress your career within the firm.
