I am working alongside one of the world's leading law firms and they are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join their team. Essentially, you will be stepping into a managerial role where you will collaborate with the Senior Managers and Head of Real Estate to deliver work on a UK basis for the London Real Estate team and for the firm's external clients.
This role is 100% remote.

The Role:

This role involves supporting the Senior Managers and Head of Real Estate, focusing on service delivery, project management, supervision, quality control, pricing, and integrating technology.
You will manage client relationships, collaborate with teams internally and externally, and support the strategic growth of the Digital Legal Delivery business. You’ll be responsible for supervising teams, handling fee-earning work, and contributing to business development through pitches and presentations.

The Candidate:

Essential:

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland (or willing to requalify).
5+ years PQE in Real Estate, with proven experience managing teams and projects.
Strong track record in asset management, investment, and development transactions.

Preferred:

Experience in high-value sales, purchases, and real estate finance.
Exposure to the energy sector is an advantage.
