Real Estate Loans Administrator, Banking

The purpose of the Assistant Loans Administrator is to assist case managers and internal sales with the packaging and processing of bridging applications and general administrative duties as required. This will be an entry level role, with training provided, giving the right candidate the opportunity to work within a highly successful company. This would suit a recent graduate with previous exposure to administration and a keen interest in the property/finance sector.

  • Assisting the Case Manager with day to day administrative tasks, in particular property and identification related searches and the assembly of hard copy files in preparation for sign off.

  • Ensuring that appropriate documents are filed into Aurius/Virtual Cabinet.

  • Assisting with maintaining accurate loan cash flows.

  • Arranging and instructing valuations including seeking alternative/best quotes

  • Attending client meetings with Case Managers and assisting with preparation of attendance notes.

  • Ability to communicate on different levels, both verbally and in writing.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight timescales whilst paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Assist in ensuring applications are processed within set service standards and in line with key performance indicators.

  • Work alongside the Internal Sale team, Underwriting Manager and Case Managers to maintain strong relationships with Introducers by aiding prompt and successful drawdown of loans

  • Adhere to internal Bridging policy and regulatory requirements -FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime, Data Protection etc.

  • Undertake project and ad-hoc pieces of work at management request
