You’ll work on complex, high-profile transactions with top-tier clients, collaborate with industry experts and play a pivotal role in one of the most respected firms in the legal world. ROLE

  • Advising on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management.
  • Handling your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on larger, complex transactions.
  • Liaising with clients directly, building strong relationships and delivering practical, commercial legal advice.
  • Working closely with colleagues in complementary teams such as construction, planning and finance to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Contributing to business development efforts and participating in networking activities to grow the firm’s presence in the market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer.
  • 3-6 years PQE in real estate law, with a strong background in commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to develop and nurture relationships.
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
